The Botanist have a fresh new offering for brunch that you can upgrade to bottomless brunch if you would like (and what’s not to like?).  You choose a dish from six different sections of the menu – each section has three options.  Think items like:

Slug and Lettuce – Bottomless Brunch

Slug and Lettuce do a Bottomless Brunch.  You will need to pre-book.  You can indulge in selected brunch dishes and enjoy unlimited glasses of Prosecco, Mimosas, Aperol Spritz, Bloody Marys, Pints of Amstel, Virgin Marys or selection of soft drinks for two hours!  Available every day. 

You can enjoy favourites like the full English breakfast or Pancakes – five American pancakes, topped with a Prosecco, vodka mango and passionfruit compote.  If you spend a little more you can upgrade to a more lunchtime menu with items like a BBQ rump steak sandwich, Halloumi and avo sandwich or Tostada topped with chicken and chorizo.  With a further upgrade you can go for Martinis.

Las Iguanas do a bottomless brunch. The deal is: you get to choose a starter and a main from their brunch menu and then you can indulge in bottomless Prosecco or draught beer for 90 minutes from when you are seated.  Bottomless brunch is available every day of the week. 

On Saturdays it is served from 11am until 3pm (last booking at 1.30pm), and every other day it is served from 11am until 5pm (last booking 3.30pm).  You can also upgrade to bottomless cocktails.  Dishes include enchiladas, burritos, wings and burgers.

The Pen and Pencil is a Northern Quarter bar and restaurant that sits on the corner of Hilton and Tariff Street in Manchester. “The bar and eatery is open seven days a week from 10am ’til late.  We take our name and inspiration from the infamous mid-20th century bar on East 45th Street in New York’s ‘Steak Row’, which was popular with newspaper journalists and ad men – the original ‘Mad Men’.”

The Brasserie at The Ivy in Manchester do a Saturday and Sunday Brunch (and bank holidays).  The restaurant itself is a beautiful art deco inspired space.  With options like Truffle Arancini, Zucchini fritti, Eggs Benedict and Avocado Benedict, as well as Hot Buttermilk Pancakes for those (like me) with a sweet tooth!
