The Rooftop at The Trafalgar St. James and Champagne Laurent-Perrier are launching a luxury summer brunch series for the August bank holiday weekend and selected September dates. As the long, hot summer continues guests can enjoy an exclusive brunch menu accompanied by much-loved Laurent-Perrier champagnes and unbeatable London skyline views.
The summer brunch will showcase Champagne Laurent Perrier’s signature La Cuvée alongside European-inspired dishes. For that extra something special, guests can upgrade to the iconic Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé, or the exclusive Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature.
The brunch menu will feature a choice of sharing dishes and main courses including:
Watermelon sashimi, lime caviar & crumbled vegan feta
Burrata, grilled asparagus & summer truffle sauce
Crab and crayfish brioche, poached egg, yuzu & chive hollandaise
The Champagne Laurent-Perrier series includes five brunches on the 27th and 28th August and the 3rd, 10th and 17th September, with each one running from 11am-2pm. The brunch is available for guests to book for £48.00 per head. Upgrade to Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé for £10.00pp, or the Blanc de Blancs for £15.00pp.

This isn’t a rooftop brunch exactly, but you won’t get brunch any higher up – how about brunch in the tallest building in Europe? It’s not bottomless but it certainly could be boozy. Brunch at Aqua Shard is available Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 10.30am – 3.30pm.
You can opt for a three course brunch or a three course brunch with wine pairing. Starters include Eggs Benedict (Maynard’s Farm ham, Clarence Court eggs, hollandaise) and Sweet potato & Devon crab hash (Cackle bean poached egg, Devon crab meat, sea aster hollandaise), while mains include the Shard breakfast (Two free-range eggs any way,

Aviary’s Bottomless brunch is available on weekday’s from 11am until 4pm. “Order a minimum of 2 courses and add bottomless drinks for an extra charge.
