Bottomless Brunch at Pacifica Burger and Cocktail Bar Brixton, Review

Brixton is bustling with unique and stylish eateries and Pacifica Burger and Cocktail Bar is no exception. If you want a unique bottomless brunch experience, look no further – at only £32pp, your Saturday is sorted with Pacifica’s mix-and-match cocktails and punch bowls.

Nestled just off of Brixton high street, this restaurant is only a 5 minute walk from Brixton station. On the day of our visit it was packed full of fellow brunch-goers, so make sure you book in advance if you want a table!

Your bottomless brunch booking covers select bottomless drinks, but does not cover food. If you want to order food it will come at an extra cost. Bottomless brunch lasts for 2 hours.

What we drank

Despite bottomless brunch only covering drinks, I still found the value to be exceptional (especially for London!) considering what we were served.

Make your own cocktail kit

When you arrive, you will be given 6 shot glasses with syrups & juices alongside pink and white bottles of fizz. These can be combined to make your own fizzy cocktails including Mimosas and Bellinis.

The cocktail kit comes with its own guide for combining flavours to make bespoke cocktails at your table – this is a very endearing way to present a bottomless menu, and every drink was delicious! However, this does limit the majority of drinks to a prosecco base, so if you’re not into that you might prefer the punch bowl.

Tropical margarita punch bowls

In addition to the cocktail kit you will also be served a bottomless punch bowl at your table. This cocktail was a nice change from the fizz and was my personal standout for the brunch – though nothing especially fancy, it was a delicious cocktail with the dangerous tropical taste you’d expect from a good punch.

Punch bowls are refilled if you finish them (though we couldn’t finish!) so make the most of it!

What we ate

Despite not being part of the bottomless deal, the food is also very worth mentioning here – and is recommended to round off the day drinking experience.

Bacon cheeseburger – £12.50

Sweet potato fries – £6.50

Meal 1 total: £19

The burgers at Pacifica are their standout for this entire meal. We had the bacon cheeseburger, which has two beef patties, smoked cheddar, crispy bacon, burger sauce, iceberg lettuce, tomato and pickles. Sitting inside a brioche bun, the patties were juicy and flavourful. I’d highly recommend ordering a burger during your visit.

Vegan tacos – £7.50

Skin-on triple cooked chips – £5

Meal 2 total: £12.50

I ordered the vegan tacos with chips on the side. The tacos were lovely – filled with jackfruit, vegan nduja, red cabbage, carrot and pear slaw, red chilli, coriander and lime – I was impressed with the quality and thoughtfulness that went into this vegan dish.

The chips were also delicious but were also unfortunately quite soggy.

For such a low price, these two dishes made a filling meal and helped dampen off the drinks later in the day!
