All Day Brunch at Patisserie Valerie, Review – Today we tried out the ‘brunch and hot drink for two’ deal at Patisserie Valerie via Groupon. The deal is £14.95 for an all day brunch each for two people (from a large menu of choices) and a hot drink. For £7.50 each, this represents exceptional value! The deal is only valid Mon-Friday. Otherwise a Farmhouse breakfast will set you back around £10 each.
All Day Brunch at Patisserie Valerie Options include:
- Farmhouse breakfast (customer favourite): two free-range eggs, back bacon, Cumberland sausage, tomatoes, a flat mushroom, baked beans and bloomer toast
- Vegan breakfast (customer favourite): smashed avocado on toast, potato rosti, vine tomatoes, a flat mushroom, baked beans and watercress topped with mixed seeds
- Vegetarian breakfast (customer favourite): smashed avocado on toast, potato rosti, vine tomatoes, a flat mushroom, baked beans and watercress topped with mixed seeds
- Brioche French toast (NEW): a choice of frosted mixed berries and maple syrup or sweetcure bacon with maple syrup or banana and cinnamon
- Smashed avocado on toast: with a poached egg or halloumi
- Poached or scrambled eggs: served on fresh white bloomer bread
- Three egg omelette with a choice of two fillings: Swiss cheese, mushrooms, tomato or ham
- New egg white omelette with a choice of two fillings: Swiss cheese, mushrooms, tomato or ham
- Eggs Benedict served on a brioche bun

I ordered the Farmhouse Breakfast (you could choose to have the eggs whichever way you like them):
I took my teenage son and he ordered pancakes with bacon and maple syrup.
We also ordered a hot chocolate (for him) and a Latte for me, which came in nice large cups.
It is very easy to buy the Groupon. I downloaded the Groupon app and did it on my phone with a few clicks. You can pay with a card or PayPal. You don’t need to do it via an app though and can buy on their website. I like the app though as you can just show your phone to the server and don’t need to print off the coupon.
The Groupon deal can be found here. You can choose the cheaper deal of just two all day brunches and no drinks at £12.95 but for the extra £2 you get two hot drinks. Bearing in mind a coffee in a Starbucks type coffee shop is around £3 you can see what a good deal this is.
