The Botanist have a fresh new offering for brunch that you can upgrade to bottomless brunch if you would like (and what’s not to like?). You choose a dish from six different sections of the menu – each section has three options. Think items like:
Fried eggs | V
with chilli and chives
Baked shakshuka | V
with crème fraîche and flatbread
Cumberland sausage wheel
and maple streaky bacon
Smoked trout and salmon pâté
with dill, capers and flatbread
and lots, lots more. Many vegetarian and vegan options too. You can also choose from various unlimited fruity Spritz’, Prosecco and Beer.

Slug and Lettuce – Bottomless Brunch

Slug and Lettuce do a Bottomless Brunch. You will need to pre-book. You can indulge in selected brunch dishes and enjoy unlimited glasses of Prosecco, Mimosas, Aperol Spritz, Bloody Marys, Pints of Amstel, Virgin Marys or selection of soft drinks for two hours! Available every day. You can enjoy favourites like the full English breakfast or ‘Pornstar pancakes’ – five American pancakes, topped with a Prosecco, vodka mango and passionfruit compote. If you spend a little more you can upgrade to a more lunchtime menu with items like a BBQ rump steak sandwich, Halloumi and avo sandwich or Tostada topped with chicken and chorizo. With a further upgrade you can go for Pornstar Martinis.

The Lounges are a group of modern, fun and slightly quirky restaurants. “What is it that people love best about Lounging? Is it the food? The cocktails? Our lovely staff? Or the photo of the old boy on an airbed in his pants? Let’s see, shall we?” Brunch options range from the Lounge Breakfast (Smoked back bacon, Cumberland sausage, hash browns, baked beans, slow-roasted tomato, button mushrooms, fried egg and toast), Chorizo & Feta Shakshuka (Two poached eggs in a lightly spiced Mediterranean tomato & red pepper sauce, topped with pan-fried chorizo and feta, served with toasted ciabatta) to Lounge Eggs with Button Mushroom (Two poached eggs served with hollandaise on a toasted English muffin with button mushrooms) and breakfast muffins or toast.
