Visit us during the day for our legendary (yes, legendary) breakfast options, or why not go ‘Italian tapas’ style and choose a selection of our Cicchetti and Antipasti.”  Brunch is served from 9am until 3pm every day of the week.  Options include Mushrooms on Focaccia, Eggs Puratorio, the Rosemarino BLT, as well as a vegan and vegetarian breakfast.

 

The Crafty Egg – Breakfast and Brunch Restaurant

Warm, rustic cafe offering brunch specials such as egg dishes & cheese fondue plus coffee drinks.  Their website does not seem to be working at the time of writing, but I can see by the reviews that it is a popular place, and anywhere that does cheese fondue sounds good to me!  You can find their Facebook page here for more info.

The Lost and Found – Brunch and Bubbles

We love the quirky interior of the Lost and Found.  They also do an excellent bottomless brunch!  You can select any brunch dish with bottomless Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Bellinis or Prosecco by the glass for £26.00.  Brunch and Bubbles bookings are for a maximum of 2 hours. Served every Saturday, 11am – 3pm.  Brunch dishes include items like vegetarian buttermilk pancakes, baked breakfast, eggs royal and vegan avocado and spinach Benedict.

 

The Florist

The Florist is a contemporary bar and restaurant.  They have gin, cocktail and floristry masterclasses and serve brunch from 10am until 11.30am.  You can choose from a French Toastie (Nutella and Biscoff triple-layered French toast, caramelised banana and cinnamon butter), Shakshuka (Cumberland sausage, smoked streaky bacon, eggs, avocado, feta, served with toast on the side), Salmon Kedgeree (Salmon fillet, curried kimchi fried rice, soya beans, poached egg) or Homemade pancakes with fresh berries (topped with vegan whipped cream and maple syrup).

 

Port Lounge

The Lounges are a group of modern, fun and slightly quirky restaurants. “What is it that people love best about Lounging? Is it the food? The cocktails? Our lovely staff? Bill’s has a lovely eclectic, home from home, comfortable feel to it.  Brunch plates include the ‘Bill’s Brunch’, two fried free range eggs, smoked streaky bacon, Cumberland sausage, roasted plum tomatoes, mushrooms, potato rösti, baked beans, black pudding and toast.  There are three vegetarian options including ‘Bill’s Garden Plate’, two poached free range eggs, halloumi, roasted plum tomato, charred red peppers, smashed avocado, hollandaise, mushrooms, potato rösti, baked beans, pea shoots, mixed seeds & toast.  Or, for a lighter dish you could try Smashed avocado, feta cheese and poached eggs.

Côte Brasserie serve breakfast and brunch from 8am until 12 noon on a Monday to Friday and then 9am to 1pm on a Saturday and Sunday.  Highlights include a breakfast set menu that involves any cooked breakfast with fresh orange juice or cloudy apple juice and a hot drink of your choice.  Options include a full English breakfast, Crepe Complete (pancakes, bacon and comte cheese), Eggs Florentine, Eggs Royal and Eggs Avocado.  They can make a gluten free full English breakfast.

 

Revolution Bar – Bottomless Brunch

Revolution Bar serve a bottomless brunch every Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 4pm (bookable in advance).  Choose one brunch dish for options such as a Brunch grill, or gluten free brunch grill, fried chicken and bacon waffle, blueberry, banana and Nutella pancakes. and blackened cajun chicken burger.  Then choose two hours of unlimited drinks from the choice of Aperol Spritz, Ketel V&T, Blank Canvas, Amstel, Prosecco or bloody Marys.  You can also upgrade to Pornstar Martinis.

Las Iguanas do a bottomless brunch.  Choose a starter and a main and enjoy with unlimited prosecco or draught beer.  The deal runs Sunday to Friday from 11am-3pm (last slot being 3-5pm) and lasts for two hours.  On a Saturday the times are slightly different and the brunch runs from 11am-1pm (last slot being 1-3pm) by reservation only.

Slug and Lettuce do a Bottomless Brunch.  You will need to prebook.  You can indulge in selected brunch dishes and enjoy unlimited glasses of Prosecco, Mimosas, Aperol Spritz, Bloody Marys, Pints of Amstel, Virgin Marys or selection of soft drinks for two hours!  Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  You can enjoy favourites like the full English breakfast or ‘Pornstar pancakes’ – five American pancakes, topped with a Prosecco, vodka mango and passionfruit compote.  If you spend a little more you can upgrade to a BBQ rump steak sandwich, Halloumi and avo sandwich or Tostada topped with chicken and chorizo.

 

Cafe Rouge

Cafe Rouge are a chain of French restaurants. “Whatever the time of day, we have a dish to suit your mood; from steak frites and boeuf bourguignon to a selection of croques, baguettes and vegan options too – all on our menu of classic French food with a contemporary twist.”  They offer breakfast and brunch dishes such as the Grande Breakfast (two free-range eggs, two Cumberland sausages, sweet cure bacon, beans, mushroom, tomato, black pudding, sautéed potatoes and sourdough toast), Pancakes (three warm pancakes topped with your choice of sweet cure bacon, banana and maple syrup, or fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and pineapple with fruit compot, and French Toast (two slices of sweet brioche bread topped with your choice of sweet cure bacon, banana and maple syrup, chocolate sauce, banana and hazelnuts or fresh seasonal fruit, honey and vanilla crème fraîche).
